It started off during boring lessons in primary school with doodles on the last pages of my notebooks. In secondary school of fine arts everything became far more serious: drawing models, painting still lifes and portraits, discovering the basics of graphics and clay sculpting.
The years I spent at university, the Strzeminski Academy of Arts, were devoted to defining my own style. Unfortunately my studies were suddenly interrupted by the prose of life (if you can call focusing on your family that way).
Right now I’m working on rediscovering my own style. Personally I prefer acrylic paints, watercolours, and recently I have been working with clay again. The topics of my works still circulate around the world of imagination and fantasy and although I mostly paint things which sourround me, I love to add a fantasy twist to my works.
Last years I took part in the Art Meeting – creative review of Polish artist living in Bristol, which have took place in 2011 and 2012 in Polish Community Club in my city. Also I voluntee assist to my friend with the afterschool activity for children at the Polish Church in Bristol.
